根据港珠澳大桥"大型化、工厂化、标准化、装配化"的施工方案,其非通航孔桥墩采用工厂节段预制,现场拼装联结技术,其墩身的拼装联结采用Φ75大直径预应力高强螺纹钢筋锚固体系。针对该锚固体系,对大直径螺纹钢筋母材进行了拉伸试验、应力松弛试验以及钢筋与混凝土黏结强度试验;对锚具及连接器组装件进行了周期荷载和静载锚固性能试验与疲劳试验;并进行了锚具的回缩量试验,锚具锚下垫板荷载传递性能试验。试验研究结果表明,该锚固体系各性能指标优于国内产品,可确保预制桥墩拼装联结锚固体系生产方法的可行性与可靠性。
According to the construction program of 'large-scale,factory,standardization,assembly'for the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,the Φ75 large diameter prestressed high-strength rebar anchorage structure was designed for its segmental precast piers of non-navigable spans. In view of the anchoring system,a series of tests were carried out,such as large diameter threaded steel base material tensile test,stress relaxation test,and bond strength test of steel bar and concrete,the cyclic load and static load anchoring performance test,fatigue test of anchor and connector assemble,and the shrinkage test of anchor,transmission performance test load under the anchor plate. Experimental results show that the performance index of the anchorage system is better than the domestic product. That can ensure the production method of precast pier large diameter prestressed high strength thread steel bar anchorage system being feasibility and reliability.
