利用EBSD技术对激光增材制造FGH96镍基高温合金的柱状晶显微组织进行了研究,结果表明:激光增材制造FGH96镍基高温合金基本上为柱状晶组织,接近表面生成细小等轴晶。所制备不同厚度合金中的组织和织构存在差别,厚度为2mm时,组织主要以具有15°小角度晶界的柱状晶为主,大角度晶界只占约4%,柱状晶大部分为立方织构{001}〈100〉,含量为83.3%;厚度为5mm时,组织主要为柱状晶和等轴晶,柱状晶中全部为10°以下小角度晶界,柱状晶区域织构主要是{001}〈120〉和{001}〈230〉,含量分别为34.8%和43.3%,等轴晶区域主要存在一种织构{113}〈141〉,其含量为98.3%,等轴晶中主要存在5°以下的小角度晶界。
The microstructure and texture of columnar grain Ni-base superalloy FGH96 prepared by laser additive manufacturing was studied by EBSD technology.It′s shown that the Ni-base superalloy FGH96 prepared by the laser additive manufacturing is columnar grains basically,and close to the surface generation fine equiaxed grain;the microstructure and texture in the alloy are different obviously along with the clad thickness is various.When the thickness of 2mm,organization mainly are the columnar grain 15°below the small angle grain boundaries,large angle grain accounts for only about 4%,columnar grain mainly for the cube texture {001}〈100〉,content is 83.3%;when the thickness of 5mm,organization mainly are the columnar grain and equiaxed grain,Columnar grain all are 10°below the small angle grain boundaries,the columnar region texture are{001}〈120〉,{001}〈230〉,content are 34.8% and43.3%,equiaxed region exist a texture{113}〈141〉,content is 98.3%;equiaxed grain mainly are the 5°below the small angle grain boundaries.
