In order to study the spatial distribution features of soil parameters in the Hetao irrigation district. The 110 samples which include 9 kinds of soils were sampled. Their SWRC were measured in the laboratory. Then, the SWRC model parameters were determined according to the experimental results. At the same time, the relations of model parameters and soil physical features were analyzed. This will be helpful to determine soil feature parameters and hydraulic parameters in the regional water movement research of Hetao Irrigation District.
