针对现有除湿技术尚存在的缺陷,提出了一种基于电渗析的空气直接除湿方法。该方法利用高压静电电离空气,产生大量自由电子为水分子荷电,荷电水分子在静电场作用下定向移动,再利用高分子纤维膜对水分子的选择透过作用将水分子与其他易荷电的负电性分子分离,从而实现除湿的目的。根据该原理构建了验证性实验装置,对该方法进行了实验验证,结果表明,在电场作用下高分子纤维膜两侧含湿量产生变化,证明了水分子在电场力作用下从膜的一侧转移到了另一侧,实现了负电晕线侧的除湿。该方法有望发展成为一种无相变,无需再生的新型除湿技术。
In view of the issues in existing dehumidification,a novel air dehumidification method based on electrodialysis is proposed.High voltage static is used to ionize air to produce a large number of free electrons.The hydrone gets charged by adsorbing electrons and moves directionally in the electric field.Polymer fiber membrane is used to separate hydrone and other electronegative molecules.An experiment is carried out and the result demonstrates that the hydrone moves form one side to the other.This method is expected to become a new dehumidifying technology without phase change or regeneration.
