为了研究节理裂隙在露天矿生产爆破中对爆破效果的影响,运用显式非线性动力分析有限元程序LS-DYNA建立有限元模型,分别对无裂隙、平行裂隙和爆源同侧相交节理裂隙的台阶爆破进行数值模拟,选取3个模型同位置单元,以数值模拟结果为基础,通过应力波传播规律结合最大主应力分析,得出无裂隙工况最大主应力最大,平行裂隙工况次之,相交裂隙工况最小和裂隙越多应力波衰减越快的结论,为实际工况中爆破参数的设置提供了理论依据。
In order to study the effect of joint cracks on blasting effect in open pit mines,the three numerical models are built using FEM program of LS-DYNA to make the numerical simulation of bench blasting with no crack,parallel crack,blasting source ipsilateral joint fissure with selection of three models of the same location unit.Based on the numerical simulation results and through the stress wave propagation law and analysis of the maximum principal stress,it is concluded that the maximum principal stress of model without crack is the largest,followed by the parallel condition and the least under the joint crack condition as well as more cracks and quicker stress wave decays,which provides the theoretical basis for setting up the parameters of blasting parameters in the actual operating conditions.
