提出了一种应用于光纤白光干涉测量系统的温度补偿方法,在白光干涉测试光路、光程解调部分的温度屏蔽和隔离的前提下,采用多路温度传感器对光纤光路、光程匹配光纤、解调机箱内的温度进行实时监测,建立线性回归温度补偿模型,实现测量系统的温度补偿。实验研究表明:解调系统主要受光路温度、匹配光纤温度和机箱内部温度的影响,利用该补偿方法可以有效地降低温度对系统测量结果的影响,补偿后温度对测量结果的影响降低为原来的1/16。
Proposes a temperature compensation method which is used in fiber optic white-light interferometric measurement system.In the context of the temperature of demodulation part of testing equipment for optical path on white-light system being shield and isolated.Optical path,optical fiber matching process,the temperature of modem chassis are real-time monitored by multi-channel temperature sensor.We construct a linear regression model of temperature compensation,in order to compensate the temperature of the measurement system.Experimental studies have shown that the effect of temperature on the system can be effectively reduced by using the compensation method.The impact of temperature on the measurement results is reduced to 1/16 after the compensation.
