本文首先简要界定了人力资源和人力资源价值构成的范畴,提出了人力资源价值评价的含义和特点;在此基础上,对人力资源价值的评价过程和方法进行了详细阐释,提出了人力资源个体三方面价值构成的不同评价方法和工具;最后,通过功效系数法对人力资源三方面价值的评价值进行无量纲化处理,以便对人力资源价值进行综合评价。
The contents of human resource and human resource value components have been defined in this paper, and the meaning and characteristics of human resource value have been put forward. Based on this, the evaluation process and methods of human resource value have been expounded in detail, and different methods and tools on the three components of human resource value have been given. Lastly, the evaluation values of three components have been nondimensionalized by the use of efficacy coefficient method, and thus the human resource value has been evaluated comprehensively in nature.
