金纳米颗粒是近年研究的一种热门材料。介绍了金纳米颗粒主要的制备方法,包括化学还原法,两相法,晶种生长法以及模板法,并总结了金纳米粒子在生物医学、传感器、催化剂、电化学等领域的应用进展。
Gold nanoparticles are one kind of the materials which have been popularly studied in recent years. Due to good biocompatibilities and optical properties, gold nanoparticles have been used in the fields of biomedicine, sensing and catalysis, etc. Currently, gold nanoparticles with a variety of morphologies have been synthesized by many different preparation methods. In this paper, we introduced a few main preparation methods of gold nanoparticles, including chemical reduction, two-phase process, seeded growth and template synthesis. In addition, we also summarized the progresses of applications of gold nan- oparticles in the areas of biomedical, sensor, catalyst and electrochemistry, etc.
