本文对3个国产高阻尼橡胶阻尼器进行了变形相关性、频率相关性以及疲劳性能循环加载试验,研究在不同工况下高阻尼橡胶阻尼器的存储剪切模量、损耗剪切模量、最大阻尼力以及等效黏滞阻尼比等力学性能的变化规律。研究结果表明:3个高阻尼橡胶阻尼器力学性能稳定,具有一致性;高阻尼橡胶阻尼器等效黏滞阻尼比较高,具有较好的耗能能力;高阻尼橡胶阻尼器力学性能与剪切变形和加载频率具有一定的相关性,剪切变形越大,阻尼力越大,存储剪切模量、损耗剪切模量以及等效黏滞阻尼比有所降低;加载频率越大,滞回曲线越饱满,存储剪切模量变化较小,损耗剪切模量、最大阻尼力以及等效黏滞阻尼比有所增加;疲劳试验中各力学性能参数均随着循环次数的增加而降低,其中存储剪切模量、损耗剪切模量和最大阻尼力在加载初期下降较快,随着循环次数的增加,加载中后期力学性能参数降低逐渐趋于平缓。
The deformation correlation of three domestic high-damping rubber dampers( HRD) has been tested,as well as the frequency correlation and the fatigue performance. Variation law of HRD mechanical properties including storage shear modulus,loss shear modulus,the maximum damping force and equivalent viscous damping ratio have been studied under different conditions. The results show that these three HRDs are consistent and have stable mechanical properties. The HRD has a good energy dissipation capacity with high equivalent viscous damping ratio,and the mechanical performance of HRD has a certain relevance to strain amplitude and loading frequency,the storage shear modulus,loss shear modulus and equivalent viscous damping ratio decreases and the maximum damping force increases with increasing shear deformation. On the other hand,the shear modulus loss,the maximum damping force and equivalent viscous damping ratio increases,small changes in the storage shear modulus and the hysteresis curves are more full with increasing loading frequency. The mechanical performance parameters reduce with the increase of cycling times under fatigue test,and the storage shear modulus,loss shear modulus and the maximum damping force reduce rapidly in the early stage of fatigue test,but gradually reduce at slow and stable pacewith the subsequent increase of cycling times.
