本文以我国三批命名的创新型企业中的65家上市公司的年报数据,测算了2013年这些企业的研发强度和营收净利润率指标。得出了如下结论:几年来我国创新型企业的发展虽然取得了成绩,但存在的问题不容忽视,例如部分企业的研发强度还不够强。解决问题的一种办法是,建立创新型企业的目标、团队和投入之间的联动关系。其中,引进高端、适用人才及其团队是一个既能实现目标又能提高其研发强度的关键因素。
Based on the annual report data(2013) of 65 listed companies in the three batch of innovative enterprises named by our country,this paper estimates quantitative value of the RD intensity and the revenue net margin of these enterprises and obtains the following conclusions:though development of the innovative companies is success in recent years,problems cannot be ignored,such as RD intensity of part of the enterprises is not strong enough.One way to solve the problems is that building linkage among goal,teams and input of the innovative companies.Among them,the introduction of high-end,suitable talent and the team is a key factor that can not only achieve the goal but also increase the strength of its research and development.
