Based on the deficiency of the principal component analysis in the application of the data processing,this thesis probes into the pre-processing method,and puts forward the initialization method,and proves its reasonability.Finally,combined with Hunan province＇s cultural power assessment index system and data,it goes on empirical analysis and shows its superiority.
