In order to study the effect of information-sharing on inventory control, the difference between information sharing or not of supply chain members＇ average inventory and cost is analyzed through the mathematical model, and it is confirmed by the example analysis. The results show that the value of information-sharing for inventory control in complex supply chain is reducing the supplier＇s inventory and cost, shortening the retailer＇s order lead improving the whole performance and competitiveness of supply chain.
