在直接还原焙烧-磁选的工艺中,研究了煤泥种类对高磷鲕状赤铁矿直接还原的影响.结果表明,部分产地的煤泥可以作为还原剂使用,其中天津煤泥最适宜作为还原剂进行使用,在其用量为20%时,可获得铁品位为91.35%,铁回收率为81.13%,磷含量为0.076%的还原铁;山西煤泥、铁峰煤泥作为还原剂使用时还原效果一般;而望峰煤泥和红杉煤泥却不适宜作为还原剂进行使用.研究结果还表明,煤泥中的固定碳成分具有提高还原铁的铁回收率的作用,而煤泥中的挥发分不利于高磷鲕状赤铁矿在还原焙烧过程中的脱磷.
In the process of direct reduction roasting and subsequent magnetic separation, the influence of the type of slime on direct reduction of high-phosphorus oolitic hematite was studied. The results showed: slime from partial districts could be used as the reductant, and the slime from Tianjin was most suitable to be used as the reductant; as its dosage was 20%, the DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) with iron grade of 91.35%, iron recovery of 81.13% and phosphorus content of 0.076% was obtained; the reduction effects of the slime from Shanxi and Tiefeng used as the reductant were generally satisfactory; the slime from Wangfeng and Hongshan was not suitable to be used as the reductant. The results also indicated the fixed carbon in slime was conducive to the increase of the iron recovery and the volatile component in slime was adverse to the dephosphorization of high-phosphorus oolitic hematite during direct reduction roasting.
