英文摘要：
Entrepreneurial experience is a determinant for the success of a new venture. Based on extensive literature review, this paper firstly introduces the concept of entrepreneurial experience and its evolution; then, this paper analyzes in depth the reasons for the complicated relationship between entrepreneurial experience and new venture performance; finally, this paper investigates how the new venture can achieve high performance through entrepreneurial experience, and brings forth further research about entrepreneurial experience as well.
