Technology＇s carbon emission reduction generates its carbon asset attributes. The paper puts forward the concert and attributes of carbon assets, derives the pricing model for technology＇ s carbon assets, and makes sensitivity analysis of factors which affect the carbon assets value. Applying to the case of astronautics coal gasifier shows the robustness of the pricing model, which also reveals that the impact of carbon sink prices to carbon assets of the technology is significantly greater than that of the output volatility by Mont Color simulation. Therefore, developing the effective carbon sink trade mechanism is one of the preconditions.
