采用结构调整系数定量描述工业结构调整度,引入地理联系系数和地理集中指数考察工业空间分布变动情况,然后建立工业结构调整度和工业空间分布变化之间的耦合模型。以武汉市1995—2013年的相关数据分析两者之间的作用强度(耦合强度C)和交互协调关系(耦合协调度D),据此划分不同的耦合水平,并分析其特征。研究结果表明:1)武汉市工业结构较初期发生了较大变化;2)工业分布长期呈现非均衡性,经历了由郊区向城区转移的过程;3)工业耦合协调类型大部分时期处于拮抗阶段,工业增长和工业结构调整与工业空间分布变化之间的作用强度、耦合协调关系紧密相连。因此,工业结构调整与工业空间优化要协同进行,以取得结构调整和空间优化的双重效益。
This paper constructs coefficient of structure change model to analyze degrees of industry structure change,and uses coefficient of geographic association and index of geographic concentration to describe the spatial diffusion of industry,then apply coupling model to analyze the intensity( coupling degree C) and interactive relationship( coupling coordination D) between industry-structure change and spatial diffusion of industry,and four stages has been divided according to coupling coordination degree. Based on empirical study of Wuhan City,results show that industry-structure of Wuhan experiences a dramatic change; industry spatial distribution,most of time,stays in a non-equilibrium state,and industrial agglomeration experiences diffusion from suburbs to urban area in the past fifteen years; and the coupling coordination degree indicates an antagonistic relationship between industrystructure change and spatial diffusion of industry; moreover,industry growth is closely related to the interactive intensity between the two system factors. The paper finally propose that industry-structure and industrial spatial distribution should synchronize when they involve into change.
