疼痛是临床常见的症状,它的产生与理化刺激、心理、社会因素密切相关,单纯的生物学治疗效果非常有限。在心理治疗领域,新近发展起来的正念治疗,能够有效缓解疼痛以及伴发的抑郁、焦虑症状,而且对于提高个体的情绪调节能力和生活质量也有重要作用。正念治疗简单有效,修习和运用是关键。疼痛患者容易学习,便于操作,患者可以通过长期的自我训练达到缓解疼痛,改善心理状况。本文从正念治疗疼痛的心理与脑机制出发,以期为正念治疗疼痛提供科学依据,同时也为疼痛的临床治疗提供新方法。
Pain is a common clinical symptom,whose production is closely related to such factors as physical stimulation,psychology,social effect,so effect of a pure biological treatment is very limited.In the psychological treatment field,the mindfulness therapy that has been recently developed is efficient in relieving pain and depression and anxiety that happen with the pain,and it is also very important in improving personal ability of adjusting their sentiment as well as life quality.The mindful treatment is simple and effective,and practice and application is the key.It is easy for pain patients to learn and operate,and through long-time self training patients' pain can be relieved and their psychology can be improved.This paper based on psychology and brain mechanism of the mindful treating pain,aims to provide a scientific evidence of this kind treatment,and to put forth a new psychological approach to the clinical pain treatment.
