结合甘肃省各部门用水量与产值比重变化趋势以及产业发展政策导向,运用水资源投入产出分析法,对甘肃省1998-2010年产业用水结构、效率进行分析研究.结果表明:2002,2007年农业直接用水系数分别是其他产业平均水平的9.7,11.0倍,而用水产出系数分别是其他产业平均水平的3.23%,1.18%;工业部门节水优势明显,用水效率高的部门也是甘肃省重点发展的传统优势产业;第三产业总体上用水效益没有明显的提高.与其他干旱区省份对比,甘肃省主要产业部门用水效率远低于山东、河北等缺水、高效用水型省份的,但略高于西北地区缺水、低效用水型省份宁夏、新疆的.
Based on the proportional data of industrial water consumption in the total water consumption and the industrial output value of gross GDP, and by refering to policy guidelines for industry development in Gansu Province, an water input-output analysis was carried out in the paper, and the industrial water consumption structure and efficiency during 1998-2010 were discussed. The direct input coefficient of the agricultural water consumption was 9.7, 11.0 times more than the average level of any other industrial sector in 2002 and 2007.However, the direct output coefficient of the agricultural water consumption was 3.23%, accounting for 1.18% of the average level in the same year. Industrial sectors showed a predominance in saving water resources, and the high-efficiency sectors of water consumption were usually the traditional and more developed sectors in Gansu Province. Service sectors demonstrated no clear saving water characteristics. A comparison with the other provinces in arid areas revealed that some major high-water-consumption industries in Gansu Province were less efficienct than those similar water consuming industries in Shandong and Hebei, but were slightly more efficienct than the low-efficiency provinces, such as Ningxia and Xinjiang.
