英文摘要：

This paper presents a comprehensive overview of the state-of-the-art and the prospect of networked control systems（NCSs）, including a brief summary of recent research achievements and applications of NCSs. Open topics in research of NCSs are also discussed, in order tO spark new research interest in this field.
