为了在交叉口自适应控制中实施公交优先措施,结合基于规则与基于优化的自适应控制设计了一种自适应公交优先控制方法,该方法基于规则选择优先车辆及优先策略,基于优化确定信号参数。在规则中增加了效用判断准则以产生公交优先系统效益,引入优先措施选择规则以减少对社会车辆的负面影响;考虑相位相序与信号配时相互影响、相互作用的关系,构建了双层规划模型,用来同时优化相位相序和配时参数;最后对自适应优先控制、加权自适应控制和固定相位方案的优先控制进行了应用分析。结果表明:自适应优先控制产生的人均延误最小。
In order to optimally choose and implement transit priority measures when adaptive control was used at isolated intersection, combined with rule-based and optimization-based adaptive control,an adaptive transit priority control method was devised.Prioritized transits and their priority strategies were chosen based on some rules while signal parameters were determined by optimization model.The judgement criteria of utility was added in the rule so as to produce transit priority system utility.The choice rules of priority measures were introduced so as to decrease the negative utility to non-priority vehicles.Because phase,phase sequence and signal timing interacted with each other,the bilevel programming model was set up to simultaneously optimize phases,phase sequences and timing parameters.The adaptive priority control,weighted adaptive control,and phase-fixed priority control were applied.Results show that the adaptive priority control can bring out the least average delay per person.
