In this paper, based on a questionnaire survey of shaanxi rural entrepreneurs innovation and Logistic regression analysis, the features of rural innovative entrepreneurial talent quality, from the level of education, employment, entrepreneurship, family population areas and fields, training expenses, training learning opportunities, etc the difficulties in the analysis of the current rural creative talents cultivation and influence factors, puts forward should balance urban and rural education resources, improve the rural education and training system, and the suggestions for improvement of the rural talent cultivation model of innovation.
