传统的网络计划资源均衡优化均是基于活动执行单模式条件下进行的,其均衡策略只能依靠错峰办法在机动时间内调整活动起止时间来实现均衡,而不能对单模式下资源投入量随活动缓急情况进行调整,且存在过度推迟活动而造成不能按期完工的风险。本文针对活动单模式资源均衡方法的缺陷,提出了活动多种执行模式的概念,研究了多模式下活动的时间优先关系以及活动资源投入量的制约关系,建立了活动多模式下活动的执行时间及资源强度与资源方差之间的函数关系,作为评价函数,构建了活动多模式下资源均衡优化模型,并运用改进的粒子群优化算法进行寻优求解;并通过实例进行了应用分析,与传统的单模式优化方法的结果作比较,显示了明显的优化效果,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
The traditional balanced optimization of network planning resources is based on the single execution mode of activity. In the single mode, the input amount is not able to adjust to the priorities, so the balance can only be realized by adjusting the starting and ending time of the activity during the flexible time, which are called peak load shifting, and the activity might not be finished on time. Aiming at remedying the defects of single mode balanced optimization of the activity, this paper proposes a concept called multiple mode of activity to study the time priority and the limitation on resource input amount, and then a function is built between the execution time of activity and intensity & variance of resources. As an evaluative function, a balanced optimization model based on the multi-mode activity is built, and the optimal solution is searched by using the improved PSO. In addition, an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the method, i.e. compared with the traditional optimization, the new optimization of this method is remarkably displayed.
