为解决传统教师教育模式带来的诸多现实问题,美国全国教师教育认证委员会于2010年提出了临床实践型教师教育模式,模式设计基于10项原则和8大关键要素,而且建立了质量保障机制。借鉴美国教师教育改革的经验,我国教师教育改革应突出中小学教师教育的主体地位、建立实践取向的教育实习保障机制,加强教师教育数据信息系统的支持,并加强大学、政府、中小学合作共同体建设。
To solve the problems caused by traditional teacher education model,the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education put forward the Clinically Based Model for Teacher Education in 2010,designed based on ten principle and eight critical components,and constructed the quality guarantee mechanism. To learn from the USA,we should construct clinical teacher education mode based on expertise by highlighting the leading status of primary and secondary schools,establishing the support system of practical orientation for teacher education,strengthening the support from the national data information system of teacher education and the community of university-government-school.
