Introduce the three - level system development model. Based on the three - level design, which make it easy for managing system and supporting heterogeneous databases. There is also high availability. Now business logic layers are attracting increasing attention. The service - level can be divided into two classes, lightweight services and heavyweight service. Discuss common services and its advantages and disadvantages. Research the content of remote procedure call . For the specifically software we use RPC technology. Finally, there is an example, which uses of object - oriented theory to achieve a study management information system （SMIS）. Finally get satisfy results.
