用微波加热法合成CaS:Ce,Sm材料,由光谱可知,其光激励光谱和发射光谱分别位于红外和可见光区域,因而只要选择适当的光探测方法即可记录发射光。与高温固相法比较,微波加热法合成能够减少S的升华,提高反应速率,同时能够有效回避保护气氛并最大限度地去除对环境的污染;在生成CaS的同时完成稀土金属的掺杂,从而比较容易的得到了纯度较高的CaS:Ce,Sm。
To synthesize CaS : Ce, Sm phosphors in microwave field and discuss the luminescence properties of the phosphors by measuring their emission spectra. The testing results show that emission spectrum is observed in visible light. Compared to high temperature sintering method, microwave heating can reduce sublimation of S according to the heating mechanism,So microwave heating methods can evite the aegis of inert gases, and environment contamination furthest; Therefore, microwave heating method can easily compound purer CaS : Ce, Sm.
