水热法合成了 Tm3 +掺杂的LaF3、LaOF纳米颗粒,采用X - 射线衍射(XRD) 和扫描电子显微镜(SEM )对样品表征,结果显示颗粒大小均匀,直径约为15 n m .通过比较Tm3 +掺杂的LaF3、LaOF纳米颗粒及氟氧化物玻璃在355 nm 和650 nm 激光激发下的发射光谱性质及其动力学过程,结合吸收光谱和寿命对温度的依赖关系,确定了各个发射带对应的能级跃迁,分析了在3 种不同的基质中声子能量对Tm3 + 的无辐射弛豫和光谱性能的影响.
Tm3 + doped LaF3 and LaOF nanoparticles were synthesized via the hydrothermal method. The nanoparticles werecharacterized by X - ray powder diffiraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy ( SEM). The results show thatthe particles are of uniform distribution and in sizes of about 15 nm. Using 355 nm and 650 nm lasers to pump the doped nanoparticlesand fluoride oxide glass, the fluorescence emissions originating from Tm3 + were observed successfully. The different luminescenceproperties and mechanisms in three different matrix are analyzed according to lifetime of the energy level and luminescence kinetics.
