河北省沧州市是华北平原典型的地面沉降地区,随着现代化工农业生产的迅猛发展,地面沉降已成为影响经济社会可持续发展的重要制约因素,建立全面系统且适合该地区的地面沉降风险评价体系非常必要和迫切。结合地质环境条件和区域经济社会背景,利用目标层次分析法,对沧州地面沉降风险评价指标进行了分类,构建了由1个一级指标、2个二级指标及14个三级指标组成的地面沉降风险评价指标体系,为沧州地面沉降风险定量评估、实施风险区划和防治区划提供了技术支持和决策参考。
With the rapid development of modern industry and agriculture in Cangzhou city, Hebei province, land subsidence has become an important consideration because of its effect on the sustainable development of the social economy. Therefore, a comprehensive scientiifc system of risk assessment for land subsidence needs to be developed. On the basis of geo-environmental conditions and the regional economic and social background, and using a target analytical hierarchy process, the indexes of land subsidence risk evaluation in Cangzhou city have been classiifed by establishing 1 primary index, 2 secondary indexes, and 14 tertiary indicators. This evaluation system provides technical support and a decision-making reference for the quantitative evaluation of land subsidence risk, for the implementation of risk zoning, and for the prevention and control of subsidence.
