目的调查支气管哮喘患者的用药依从性及其影响因素。方法采用用药依从性量表和用药依从性影响因素问卷对某三级甲等医院的83例呼吸科门诊支气管哮喘患者进行问卷调查。结果患者用药依从性总分为（16．58±3．59）分，依从性佳的患者占75．90％。影响支气管哮喘患者用药依从性的主要因素为疾病症状缓解、疗程过长和工作繁忙。结论为提高支气管哮喘患者用药依从性，可从加强患者对疾病知识如疗程、缓解期用药知识的认知和为工作繁忙者提供合适的用药提醒方式等方面进行。
英文摘要：
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of the medication compliance of bronchial asthma patients. Methods A total of 83 bronchial asthma outpatients in a 3A - level hospital were recruited and investigated with Medication Compliance Scale and a self - designed influencing fac- tors questionnaire. Results The total mean score of the medication compliance was （ 16.58 ± 3.59） ,75.90% patients were at a good level of medication com- pliance. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that relief of the symptoms,long period of treatment and busy work were influencing factors of medication compliance. Conclusion To improve the medication compliance of bronchial asthma patients, measures should be taken from the aspects of enhancing patients＇ knowledge about treatment course and treatment usage in remission stage. Droviding proper ways to remind the patients to take medicines.
