目的探讨256层螺旋CT在先天性冠状动脉变异诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析800例患者的256层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影资料,判断各种先天性冠状动脉变异。结果800例CT冠状动脉造影中检出冠状动脉变异78例,包括冠状动脉开口起源异常15例,其中7例冠状动脉高位开121,2例单支冠状动脉,5例窦内多个开口,1例起于对侧冠状动脉窦;63例冠状动脉走行异常,均为心肌桥一壁冠状动脉。结论256层螺旋CT是一种无创、精确、可重复性强的诊断先天性冠状动脉变异的重要检查技术。
Objective To discuss the clinical application value of 256 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of congenital coronary artery anomalies. Methods MSCT coronary artery angiography data of 800 patients were analyzed retrospectively to find the coronary ar tery anornalies. Results 78 coronary artery anomalies were found,including anomalous coronary artery origin(15 cases) ,high takeoff (7 cases) ,single coronary artery(2 cases) , multiple ostia (5 cases) , origin of coronary artery or branch from opposite sinus( 1 case). Anomalies of course, myocardial bridging(63 cases). Conclusion MSCT is a noninvasive,accurate,repeated method for diagnosis of congenital coronary artery anomalies.
