This paper will introduce value chain management concept to red tourism product development, identify basic elements of value and contribution to the comprehensive analysis supporting elements that enhance the overall efficiency of tourism key issues, and guide the implementation of the scientific process management, with a view to extend the product life cycle, from a multi-effect to red tourism receipts, orderly promotion of scientific development.
