目的 分析乌鲁木齐市2015年手足口病（hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD）流行特征及病原种类分布。方法 采用描述性流行病学方法分析2015年乌鲁木齐市HFMD流行特征,收集2015年临床诊断为HFMD患者的咽拭子和粪便样本共855份,应用荧光定量RT-PCR方法进行核酸检测,采用统计学方法分析病原检测结果。结果 2015年全市共报告HFMD 2 484例,报告发病率为72.08/10万。实验室诊断样本855份,检出阳性642份（75.09%）,其中EV71阳性247份（28.89%）,Cox A16阳性161份（18.83%）,其他肠道病毒234份（27.37%）;粪便样本检出阳性339份（81.69%）,咽拭子样本检出阳性303份（68.86%）,不同类型病例样本肠道病毒检出阳性率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。结论 2015年乌鲁木齐市HFMD报告发病率略有下降,发病集中在5～7月,5岁以下散居儿童为主要发病人群,EV71为优势病原体,其他肠道病毒仅次于EV71。应加强对该病病原的进一步分型检测。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and distribution of pathogens of hand, foot and mouth disease（HFMD） in Urumchi, China in 2015 and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of HFMD.Methods The epidemiological characteristics of HFMD in Urumchi in 2015 was analyzed by descriptive methodology. A total of 440 pharynx swabs and 415 fecal specimens were collected from patients with HFMD diagnosed in clinic and tested by reverse transcription PCR. The test results were subjected to statistical analysis. Results A total of 2 484 cases of HFMD were reported in Urumchi in 2015, indicating a reported incidence of 72. 08/100 000. Of the 855 clinical specimens, 642（75. 09%）positive ones were found, including 247（28. 89%）specimens for EV71, 161（18. 83%）for CoxA16 and 234（27. 37%）for other enteroviruses. The test results of 339（81. 69%）fecal specimens and 303（68. 86%）pharynx swabs were positive, of which the positive rates showed significant difference（P〈0. 001）. Conclusion The reported incidence of HFMD in Urumchi decreased slightly in 2015, of which the peak appeared in May to July. Most of the cases occurred in the scattered inhabiting children at ages of less than 5 years. EV71 was the prominent pathogen,followed by other enteroviruses. The typing of pathogen of HFMD should be strengthened.
