基于X射线CT成像技术获取了柴油喷油嘴喷孔几何结构,采用喷雾可视化技术研究了带毛刺喷孔喷雾特性.结果表明:与无毛刺喷孔相比,启喷阶段,带毛刺喷孔出口处近场喷雾湍流脉动有所增强;稳定阶段,带毛刺喷孔改变了喷雾对称结构,首先喷孔内毛刺能够从喷雾射流表面剥离出部分燃油,该部分燃油经过初次破碎后形成较为分散的液丝,其次带毛刺喷孔远场喷雾二次雾化后液滴扩散范围增大;带毛刺喷孔喷雾发展过程中出现分叉现象.
Diesel nozzle hole-geometry was obtained based on the X-ray CT imaging technology. The effects of the inner-hole micro-burr on the near-field and far-field spray characteristics were investigated by using the spray visualization techniques. Results showed that the turbulent intensities of the near-field spray jet, injected from the nozzle hole with micro-burr, are stronger than those injected from the nozzle hole without the micro-burr in the beginning of injection. During steady period of injection, the micro-burr will change the symmetrical spray form. Firstly, the micro-burr will strip some fuel from the diesel spray surface and breakup into more diffused fuel ligaments. Secondly, after secondary atomization of these ligaments, the generating far-field spray droplets show larger diffusing range.
