英文摘要：

The present study was designed to detect the expression of IGFBP5 mRNA in the different exercise period of the mongolia horse gluteus medius by Real-time RT-PCR.The results showed that IGFBP5 gene expression level has was lower in the untrained mongolia horse gluteus medius immediately after a 10 km period of training and was higher in the untrained mongolia horse gluteus medius 4 h after exercise.A comparison of the untrained mogolia horse,the expression level of IGFBP5 mRNA was higher in the trained mongolia horse gluteus medius.The result reveals IGFBP5 may be concerned with mongolia horse exercise function and skeletal muscles growth and development.
