导料槽配合除尘器是干式除尘的必需方式之一。为了预防皮带导料槽内煤尘爆炸和对导料槽内煤尘爆炸危险性进行分析,必须对皮带导料槽内及作业空间粉尘浓度的分布范围和特征进行相关的数学模拟和试验分析。以我国最大的选煤厂为研究基地,应用气固两相流理论对粉尘浓度进行了数值模拟,得出了运煤胶带导料槽内粉尘浓度的分布规律,并与实际测试相结合,对运煤胶带导料槽内煤尘爆炸危险性进行了分析。结果表明:该选煤厂应用的除尘设备安全可靠,运煤胶带导料槽内煤尘不存在爆炸危险性。该结论为选煤厂的煤尘爆炸危险性分析提供了有用的理论和实践参考。
The guide-chute with dust collector is one of essential ways for dry dust removal.In order to prevent the dust explosion and analysis the risk of coal dust explosion in the guide-chute,it is necessary to simulate the distribution characteristics of coal dust concentration in the guide-chute and the operation environment by means of the numerical method and the relevant experimental analysis.The gas-solid two-phase flow theory was used to simulate the coal dust particle movement law.Accordingly,the coal dust concentration distribution in the guide-chute is gained.The numerical simulation results is well verified by the actual test data.Conclusions are drawn that dust removal equipment in the coal washery is safe and reliable,and that the coal dust in the guide-chute does not have the risk of explosion.The conclusions provide useful theoretical and practical reference to the coal dust explosion hazard analysis.
