碾压混凝土坝施工气候是造成碾压混凝土VC值(vibrating-compacted value,单位:s)变化的主要因素之一,建立考虑施工气候参数影响的碾压混凝土VC值变化量的预测模型,对于保证碾压混凝土坝施工质量,具有重要的理论意义。本文依托碾压混凝土坝施工气候信息实时监控技术,提取碾压混凝土坝施工气候参数值(温度、相对湿度以及风速),通过现场检测获得了对应的VC值变化量,采用多元回归分析方法,分析施工气候参数与VC值变化量之间的多元映射关系,建立VC值变化量的预测模型。该模型可以对施工现场碾压混凝土VC值的变化量进行实时预测,反馈指导施工管理人员采取相应措施修改VC值,为碾压混凝土坝质量控制提供新的途径。
Climatic information on construction site is a major factor affecting the vibrating-compacted (VC) value of roller compacted concrete (RCC) dam. To control this value in dam construction, it is theoretically significant to develop a model for real-time prediction of its variations through examination of the influences of various climate parameters. In this study, real-time monitoring and field measurements of the construction climate are conducted, its parameter values, i.e. temperature, relative humidity and wind velocity, are collected, and hence the variations in VC value are obtained. Multiple regression analysis on these data reveals multivariate mapping relations between the parameters and the variations, and based on the analysis, a model for prediction of the variations is developed. This model is able to produce a real-time prediction and support the construction managers in taking feedback control and compensation measures of the VC value, and thus it provides a new way to quality control of RCC dam construction.
