产品零部件之间存在着复杂的信息依赖关系,对产品局部的改动可能影响到整个产品的设计周期,因此评价产品设计变更的消解时间以便决定合适的产品开发策略显得极为重要.在产品参数化设计进程模型的基础上,提出了产品设计任务信息依赖度的概念和计算方法,分析了交互依赖、串联、循环等五种任务关联模型的设计变更时间计算方法,以减速器为设计实例说明了参数设计变更的时间评价方法.
There are complex dependencies among product assemblies and parts, a local change exerted on the product may bring a long delay to the whole product design cycle, so it is important to evaluate the design change-resolving time to adopt the right product development strategy. This paper is based on the modeling of product parameterization design process, in which a design task dependency degree concept and the corresponding computation method are proposed. Change-resolving time for five task dependency patterns such as interaction, serial, cycle etc are analyzed, a gear reducer parameterization design is finally taken to demonstrate the change-resolving time evaluation method.
