针对用水许可证的出售问题,分别得到了Bayesian双边拍卖模型下卖水方与买水方的均衡报价战略,由此得到市场经济下的一个价格形成机制.针对单位水价的制定问题,首先建立了统一定价模型,得到了卖水方寻求最大化总利润实际上是基于用水户的虚拟估价而定价的结论;接着,建立了歧视定价模型,并将之推广到包含政府宏观调控行为的模型.

For the sale of water permit,we obtain the equilibrium bidding strategies of the water-seller and water-buyer under Bayesian double auction model,by which we form a pricing mechanism in market-oriented economy.For the problem of one unit water＇s pricing,we first set up the model of uniform pricing mechanism and obtain the conclusion that water-seller seeks to maximize the total profit equals to determine the water price by the water-buyer＇s virtual value.Then,we set up the model of discriminatory pricing mechanism and extend it to include the macroeconomic regulation of the government.
