LI Zhao, received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunication engineering from Xidian Univer- sity, Xi'an, China in 2003, 2006 and 2010, respectively. Since 2006, he has been with the State Key Labora- tory of Integrated Service Networks in Xidian Univer- sity. His research interests are in the areas of MIMO systems, cognitive radio and resource management in wireless networks. Email: tianyapkgou@ 126.com LIJiandong, received his B.E., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Xidian University in 1982, 1985 and 1991 respectively. He has been a faculty member of telecommunications engineering in Xidian University since 1985, where he is currently a Professor and Director of State Key Laboratory of Integrated Service Networks. Prof. Li is a senior member of IEEE. He was a Visiting Professor to the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in Cornell University from 2002 to 2003. He was a member of Personal Communication Networks (PCN) specialist group for the National High Technical Re- search and Development Program of China (863 program) during 1993-1994 and 1999-2000. He also served as the General Vice Chair of COMSOCs Chi- nacom 2009. He was awarded Distinguished Young Researcher and Changjiang Scholar from the Ministry of Science and Technology, China. His major research interests include wireless communication theory, cognitive radio and signal processing.
