基于多项式知识给出了有理真分式部分分式分解定理的一个简洁的构造性证明．此外，还对分解系数的计算方法进行总结，给出了赋值法、极限法与导数法的全部计算公式．结果表明，利用极限法与导数法都能求出全部分解系数，且导数法的计算公式更简单、易算．

英文摘要：

This paper proposed a new proof to decomposition of rational fraction.into partial fractions,and also gave out all coefficient formulas respectively basing on value-assignment,limitation and derivative. The results showed that the method basing derivative do well.
