洁净气体灭火剂与火焰作用过程中氟化氢的产生量研究

采用半导体激光吸收光谱法,实时测试七氟丙烷、三氟甲烷和六氟丙烷等洁净气体灭火剂与火焰作用过程中产生的氟化氢质量浓度,对灭火剂在不同体积分数下产生的氟化氢量及其变化规律进行了研究,并考察了灭火速度对氟化氢产生量的影响。结果表明,当灭火剂体积分数低于临界灭火体积分数时,灭火剂的体积分数越高,灭火剂与火焰作用过程中产生的氟化氢质量浓度越大,在距临界灭火体积分数还很大时,产生的氟化氢质量浓度就超过了4000mg/m^3。当使用洁净化学气体灭火剂熄灭燃烧杯火焰时,灭火速度越慢,灭火过程产生的氟化氢就越多。3种灭火剂熄灭燃烧杯火焰时产生的氟化氢质量浓度随灭火时间变化规律基本一致。当灭火时间高于10s时,产生的氟化氢质量浓度均超过了4000mg/m^3。

英文摘要:

This article is to present our study on the HF formation in the process of fire-extinguishing by using clean chemical extinguishing agents, including CF3H, CF3CH2CF3 and CF3CHFCF3. In proceeding with our study, we have done repeated measurements of HF gas produced in the process of chemical suppression of cup-burner fires at various concentrations of clean chemical extinguishing agents. The HF - testing range of the online diode laser is 0 - 4 000 mg/m3. We have also investigated the ratio between the HF concentrations and those of the clean chemical extinguishing agents. The influence of the fire suppression time length on the HF concentrations has also been experimented. The results of our experiments show that the larger the concentration of clean chemical extinguishing agent, the greater the amount of the HF produced if the concentration of clean chemical ex- tinguishing agent was below the critical extinguishing concentration. However, when the concentrations of CF3CH2CF3 were above 1.3% which is far from the critical extinguishing concentration needed, the concentration of HF produced would be over 4 000 mg/m3. Moreover, when the concentrations of CF3H were above 6% , which is also far from the critical extinguishing one, the concentration of the produced HF would be more than 4 000 mg/m3. Therefore, it proves dangerous to use such clean chemical agents to put down fires. The longer the fire-suppression time when the cup burner fire are put out with the clean agent, the higher the concentration of HF produced, For example, when the fire suppression time length is over 10 s, the concentration of the HF produced would be over 4 000 mg/m3. There seemed almost no difference in the trends of the changes of HF produced with the fire suppression times among the three clean agents.
