在关键链项目管理、资源受限项目调度问题的理论基础上,分析了剪贴法和根方差法两种缓冲设置方法的局限性,同时考虑到项目中不同活动的资源利用程度各有不同,结合自由时差方法,设计了一种设定项目缓冲和汇入缓冲大小的新方法.最后针对PSPLIB中的典型算例在Matlab中进行了仿真验证.结果显示,在同样对项目完工时间有足够保护的前提下,利用所提出的方法能够得到更小的缓冲时间长度,从而避免由缓冲设置不当带来的新的资源冲突.
Based on the theory of critical chain proiect management and the resource-constrained project scheduling problem (RPSP), the limitations of the cut and paste method and the root square error method were analyzed firstly. Accounting for the differences of the resource utilization factor among the project's tasks, a new method of project and feeding buffer sizing method was introduced with the combination of free slack method. The validation of this method was simulated in Matlab environment based on one standard instance from the well known PSPLIB benchmark set at the end of this paper. The result shows that under the premise of the buffer size provide enough protection to the project completion time, the new method could achieve less buffer size to avoid the occurrences of resources confliction due to the buffers' improper setting.
