提出一种新的遥感图像传输方案,该方案能够通过以下措施提高重构的遥感图像的PSNR:根据小波系数的特性和SPH IT编码的原理对变换后的小波系数进行合理分块并分别编码,以防止在星地信道传输中产生误码扩散;以块为单位对各分块小波系数编码后的码流加入同步码和序号,以保证接收到分块的顺序正确;使用Go-Back-N的重传方式来提高提高图像的恢复质量.仿真结果表明,在相同信道误码率(ber〈10-3)下,该方案比传统的基于SPH IT算法的图像传输方案具有更高的抗误码特性,重建图像的峰值信噪比提高4dB.
In this paper,a novel remote sensing image transmission scheme is presented,which provides superior PSNR of restructure image.Firstly,based on character of the wavelet coefficients and principle of the SPHIT,the wavelet coefficients are separated into small blocks and encoded,in order to resist error pervasion when image is transmitted.Secondly,the synchronization codes and sequence number is added to the front of block,in order to ensure sequence right of the received blocks.Finally,the quality of the restructure image is improved by Go-Back-N ARQ scheme.Simulating results show that the new scheme provides higher character of resisted error and higher Peak Signal to Noise Ratio(PSNR) than traditional algorithm,in the same bit error rate(ber10-3).
