选取1986--2010年的面板数据,依据相关理论构建门槛模型并从人力资本水平与外商直接投资(FDI)两个角度实证分析我国28个地区人力资本与区域技术创新之间的关系。研究发现,人力资本与区域技术创新之间存在显著的非线性特征且在人力资本水平和FDI的影响下,人力资本对区域技术创新的影响分别表现出单门槛和双门槛效应;不同地区间的技术创新能力差异明显,各地区只有跨越相应的人力资本水平和FDI门槛值,人力资本效应才能得到充分发挥进而促进区域技术创新能力的提升。
The paper selected the panel data from 1986 to 2010 and constructed threshold model according to related theo- ry, then it studied the relationship between human capital and regional technological innovation of China' s 28 regions from two aspects of human capital level and FDI. The study finds that it exists significant nonlinear characteristic between hu- man capital and regional technological innovation. Furthermore, there exist single threshold effect and dual - threshold effect respectively between human capital and regional technological innovation with the the impact of human capital level and FDI. In addition, the difference of regional technological innovation capability is quite serious. Human capital effect can be given full play and then promote regional technological innovation capability, only if each region steps over the corre- sponding level of human capital and the FDI threshold values.
