根据桑夏太阳能提供的支架结构参数,利用ANSYS建立有限元模型,对支架整体进行结构静力学仿真分析,同时根据支架的工况对支架进行了模态分析,找出了对支架工作情况有影响的频率值。结构整体静力学分析模拟仿真结果表明,该机构达到设计要求。
According to the solar energy compa- ny to provide the support structure parameters,u- sing finite element software ANSYS to establish the finite element model, supports static simulation analysis of overall structure, at the same time ac- cording to support conditions on bracket model a- nalysis were carried out, find out the working fre- quency values which have an impact on the struc- ture. Simulation analysis of combination structure static analysis of the results show that the mecha- nism can meet the design requirements.
