The cardiogenesis is one of the earliest processes in vertebrate organogenesis. The function of heart is to provide nutrients and oxygen for the body. Heart tube,which is the initial functional carrier of the heart,plays a vital role in the embryonic development. The developmen of heart tube is regulated by many kinds of signal pathways such as Wnt signal,Notch signal,BMP signal,FGF signal and etc.This review,we focus on the research process of these signal regulations of heart tube development in recent years.
