提出了一种新型加载插指电容的U型阶跃阻抗谐振器,该谐振器可用于实现高温超导带通滤波器的宽阻带抑制。利用所提出的新型谐振器结构,设计并制作了一个4节切比雪夫型高温超导带通滤波器。滤波器中心频率为1026MI-Iz,带宽12.6MHz,第一谐频频率5121MHz,第一谐频与基频的比值为4.92,阻带抑制度优于60dB。

英文摘要:

A new U type stepped impedance resonator (SIR) loaded with interdigital like capacity structure was presented in this paper. This resonator is suitable for design of High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) bandpass filter with wide stopband. A four - pole Chebyshev HIS filter was designed and fabricated with the proposed resonator. The filter has a center frequency of 1026 MHz with bandwidth of 12.6 MHz. The first spurious frequency of the fiher is 5121 MHz, which is about 4.92 times of the fundamental frequency. The filter has outband rejection of greater than 60dB.
