分析了国内外有关员工创造力的文献,对国外文献的共引文献、关键词和引用期刊以及国内文献的关键词进行了梳理,重点对员工创造力影响因素的研究进行了总结。基于对员工创造力的文献计量分析,运用CiteSpace软件绘制的可视化知识图谱,总结该研究领域的演化路径和关键经典文献,发现该研究领域的研究热点和前沿;并探讨了员工创造力及其3方面的影响因素,即个人层面的因素、组织情境层面的因素和社会网络属性。

英文摘要：

The paper analyzes the foreign and domestic documents on employee creativity, combs co-citation documents, keywords and cited journals of foreign documents, and the keywords of domestic documents, and emphatically summarizes researches on factors influencing employee creativity. On the basis of biliometric analysis of employee creativity, it uses mapping knowledge domains by software Cite Space to sum up evolutionary path, and key classical documents in this research field, and find the hotspots and fronts. It also discusses the employee creativity and its 3 kinds of influencing factors of individual level, organizational context level and social-networking attribute.
