蓄水量空间分配是制定水库蓄放水次序、供水任务分配的主要依据。本文研究了并联供水水库蓄水量空间分布特性,提出了水库调节能力指数和补偿调节库容阈值的概念,从理论上推导了双库并联系统蓄水期和供水期蓄水量的空间分布规则,在应用上建立了辽宁省碧流河与英那河水库蓄水量空间分布优化模型,采用并行种群混合进化粒子群算法(PSSE-PSO)对模型进行了求解。理论与应用研究表明:(1)蓄水量空间分布存在明显的阈值特性,即任一水库并不是始终作为被补偿水库,当系统总蓄水量超过某阈值时水库由供水状态转为蓄水状态,反之由蓄水状态转为供水状态;(2)补偿水库与被补偿水库的划分不宜仅依据水库库容或其调节能力大小预先确定,而应依据系统中各库调节能力指数和调节库容阈值综合动态确定。
Storage allocation rules of reservoirs in parallel for drawdown and refill season are derived andconcepts of reservoir regulation index and threshold storage value of compensation adjustment are proposedin this paper. A simulation and optimization model using Parallel Swarms Shuffling Evolution AlgorithmBased on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSSE-PSO)is established based on the case study of Biliuhe andYingnahe reservoirs in Dalian. Results show that the spatial distribution of system storages presents a thresh-old property,and either of the reservoirs is not always used as a compensating one. When the total storageis more than a threshold value,the reservoir should transform from the state of drawdown to refill condi-tion,otherwise,it should transform from the state of refill to drawdown condition. Besides,the determina-tion of compensation reservoir should be based on the reservoir regulation index and the threshold storagevalue of compensation adjustment.
