An inventory model with non-instantaneous receipt under trade credit is built,in which the supplier provides not only a permissible delay but also a cash discount to the retailer.The retailer＇s inventory models are established as a cost minimization problem to determine the retailer＇s optimal inventory cycle time and optimal payment time.Finally,numerical example illustrates the feasibility of the models.
