随着移动信息技术的飞速发展,移动知识服务已逐渐成为图书馆服务的核心组成,对知识服务绩效的提升有着重要的影响,然而目前尚缺乏其关键影响因素的实证研究。文章运用扎根理论方法,通过国内7所211高校图书馆23位相关人员的深度访谈,探析图书馆移动知识服务的关键影响因素及其相互作用。研究发现,移动知识服务需求、移动知识服务资源、服务运行保障机制、专业服务人员素质、移动服务平台体验等5大主范畴,构成图书馆移动知识服务的关键影响因素,并由此构成图书馆移动知识服务影响因素的理论研究模型(DRMPEA模型);各关键影响因素间的相互作用,能够共同促进知识服务绩效的提升。
With the rapid development of mobile information technology, mobile knowledge service has gradually become the core of the library services, which has an important effect on improving the performance of knowledge service, but there is still a lack of empirical research on the key influencing factors. By using the grounded theory method, through in-depth interviews with 23 knowledge service personnel of the domestic 7 university libraries, this paper analyzes the key factors and their interaction of the mobile knowledge service in the library. The study founded: the influence factors of mobile knowledge services have composed of 5 categories, such as mobile knowledge service demands, mobile knowledge service resources, service operation security mechanism, professional service personnel quality, and mobile service platform experience. And the positive interaction between the key influencing factors of mobile knowledge service can promote the improvement of the mobile service.
